Fly Fishing for Summer-run Steelhead in B. C.
Although I have caught a 20 lb Winter steelhead fly fishing in Washington State waters; when I heard that there were good size summer-run steelhead to be taken in B.C., I knew I had to give it a try. After all, they say the summer-run steelhead are the “acrobats” of steelhead. The fact that I had flown over some of these waters in the early 80s in a float plane, made it even more intriguing for me to re-visit this area.
