In August, 2017, Juli and I (Wayne) visited Crater Lake National Park in Oregon. From Reference 1, we got to the Crater Lake’s North Rim on August 7th. The West Rim was closed due to a forest fire. Hence, we drove to the East Rim. We found a tent site at Lost Creek campground. We then went to the Pinnacles Overlook, which was very cool. The next day we went to the Rim Village Visitor Center, and the nearby observatory. We then drove to Mazama Village and had lunch there.
