The drive from Prince George to the Skeena River System is one that encounters numerous Lakes along the way. After reaching the Skeena System, Smithers is a town that has decent size. Terrace, B.C. also is reasonably large; there is a good municipal camp ground at Terrace; it is on an island in the Skeena R., and it doesn’t have a bear problem. Don’t miss going to Old Hazelton, however, because it is a very quaint town.
